At Card Kraken, every order is treated with utmost care. We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). During high-volume periods, such as new TCG set releases or holidays, processing may extend to 3 business days. You will receive an automated email confirmation once your shipping label has been generated.

3. International Shipping
We proudly ship our products to collectors worldwide. International rates depend on parcel weight and destination. Estimated delivery times range from 7-21 business days, subject to local customs processing and courier selection in your region.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Card Kraken is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, service taxes, and other import duties).
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active and searchable within 24 hours of the shipment being initiated.
6. Our Packaging Promise (Condition Check)
We understand that card condition is paramount to collectors.
• Individual cards are sleeved and secured in rigid top-loaders.
• Items are protected between thick cardboard to prevent bending.
• We utilize reinforced bubble mailers or sturdy boxes for every single shipment.
7. Damages and Lost Packages
Card Kraken is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Ensure all packaging materials and damaged goods are saved to facilitate the carrier's investigation.
